Feature and Follow Friday [#5]

Gain new followers and make new friends with the Book Blogger Feature & Follow! If this is your first time here, welcome! You are about to make some new friends and gain new followers --but you have to know, the point of this hop is to follow other bloggers also. I follow you, you follow me.

The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee’s View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Be sure to check out their posts for all the official rules of the Feature and Follow Friday, as well as the Linky to sign up.

Q: What is your preferred reading format? Hardcover, eBooks, paperback etc?

My preferred reading format is physical (I don't care between hardcover or paperback, because my preferences change). But eBooks are often much more convenient and so I end up reading a lot of books that way. I have certain books (ones I really like, am looking forward to read, or are just really big) that I have to have in a physical format, no matter how convenient the eBook. I usually don't buy books, borrowing them from the library and friends, so it's not an issue of price with me.

  2. Hopping through. If there's a book that I know I will want to read and to keep I'll buy a hardcover version. Otherwise, i read ebooks or get paperbacks.

  3. I love hearing someone else use the library! I try to get my books there, but the wait list has grown so much lately I don't have the patience! So the ebook slowly starts to jump in with the convenience and huge lending library at Amazon :)My collection is getting closer to being more ebook than physical book :( Following via bloglovin. Thanks for stopping by my FF and Happy Friday!

    1. My library has an eBook library through Overdrive, so I can borrow my eBooks too. I'm actually way too cheap, I hardly ever buy books.
      Thanks for stopping by!

  4. I am a bit weird about series. Like if I start a series with a eBook, I feel the need to finish it that way. Same if I start it with an actual hard copy. That doesn't always work out due to money though.

  9. It's easier for me to one-click and get a new book sent to my e-reader and then be able to access it anywhere plus I'm out of storage space at home. But should a stay paperback or hardback follow me home then I'll be happy to take care of it :D Thanks for visiting and I'm following you back via Bloglovin'

  10. While I love print, and beautiful covers, ebooks are currently winning just due to the amount of books I can carry around with me. I may be a book hoarder.

  11. Yeah, I borrow a lot of books from the library too (ebooks *and* physical books), and I never mind what format they're in when I do that. I think when I buy books I prefer paperback - somehow they're just friendlier to hold... that sounds weird, lol.

  13. I completely agree. I just love to read. And although I prefer a physical book, I love the convenience of ebooks...plus the fact that I can enlarge the font! ;)

  14. Same here! I borrow tons of books from the library. If I didn't have one nearby, I'd already be broke. xD

  18. I am a Library goer too! About 1/2 the books I read (maybe more) are library books a grab to read.
    Here is my FF.

  19. Well, that's a problem for me since libraries aren't really present here. :( But I do buy physical books when I'm so sure I'd love the novel.

Thanks for dropping by my FF.
